This SMS Privacy Policy describes how The Hoda Law Firm, PLLC d/b/a CyberJustice Law Group ("CyberJustice," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with our text messaging program (the "Program"). This policy supplements our general Privacy Policy and applies specifically to SMS communications.

- Message content you send to us by text, including HELP and STOP requests

Mobile Information Non-Sharing

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Service Providers
We use third-party messaging infrastructure providers, including Twilio, to send and receive text messages on our behalf. These providers process mobile phone numbers and message content solely to provide messaging services to us and are contractually required to protect your information.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the status of your inquiry or matter. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. During active intake or consultation scheduling, you may receive several messages in a short period.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. CyberJustice Law Group does not charge recipients for text messages sent through the Program, but your carrier may charge standard messaging rates.
Your Choices and Opt-Out Rights
You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message from CyberJustice Law Group. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive Program messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information below.
Consent to receive text messages is not required to submit an inquiry, receive a consultation, or hire our firm.
Data Retention and Security
We retain SMS consent records and related mobile information for as long as needed to provide the Program, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including mobile phone numbers and consent records.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
